Co-operative Education providers
For over 160 years, the Co-operative movement has provided ethical business models in retail, housing, farming and much more.
In the last ten years, a growing number of Co-operative schools have offered an alternative model for learning communities to develop partnership working.
Co-operative education providers follow the values and principles
shared by co-operatives everywhere and place a high emphasis on the community working together to provide the best outcomes they can for young people.
In short, we aim to be "Good with Schools."
CSNET membership and support is available to any education provider sharing our vision and values.
We are the operational team supporting the Schools Co-operative Society national family of schools, which is organised regionally.
CSNET is hosted by LASER (London & SE Region), the largest of these regions and is a not for profit organisation;
any surplus generated through the year is redistributed according to the democratic wishes of our members.
The Co-operative Schools Network (CSNET) is a not for profit, education co-operative providing a support and accountability framework for co-operative schools of all types.
