I hope you'll decide to sign up - as someone who wants to make a difference by joining the hundreds of positive, professional staff in our schools.

Why join us for your first teaching post?

If like us you believe in our values and principles, one of our schools will be the ideal place to start your teaching career.  All our schools have a commitment to supporting their NQTs with personalised training and ongoing CPD, not just in your first year, but throughout your career.

At present we are looking to create a register of talented Primary teachers - if you are secondary trained, please get in touch if you would be interested in working with us by sending an email (click here).

Co-operative schools are different.

They have a strong public service ethos, underpinned by co-operative values and principles, which they put into practice.

  • They work with and for their learning community...

  • They share ideas and inspiration with other schools, locally and nationally...

  • They offer real career development: the chance for you to extend and grow professionally...

We are the only group of schools to have a signed accord with all TUC Education Unions - a real vote of confidence in our commitment to being good employers.

Look at our teacher recruitment material listed below, have a good think - and then consider joining our team - we look forward to hearing from you!
